Pros

Light atmosphere when there are no deadlines looming and things are going well for the company. There is a Foosball table that people can play at when they are tired or stressed, and the office has a nice view.

Cons

Bad leadership that cares more about money and cutting corners than keeping employees or clients happy. The salaries at Proace are below average for the industry and bonuses are based on project budget used and not dependent on effort or quality of work. Very few projects at Proace come in under budget so that means you cannot expect to get a bonus even if you regularly work 50 hour weeks. Turn over is also very high at this company and its hard to have high morale when you keep seeing people you have been working with leave.

Pros

not a lot of bs or red tape. you get to work with the clients directly without unnecessary layers

Cons

you often work on two projects at a time which can some times be distracting but i like to mix it up so not a big deal

Pros

This place had gone through some rough and lean times but new management is in place and things are definitely looking up. New business is growing and is mostly fun work, making it much easier to keep the more talented folks interested. Unlimited potential for growth and learning. The team is generally passionate for what they do and is a very intelligent group. Definitely one of the more exciting and rewarding stages of my career.

Cons

Deadlines can be stressful at times and this is not a stop for a 'punch the clock' type of person. If you're not passionate about what you do it may be easy to get burned out.
