Pros
Coworkers are very polite, the position pays well, requires little to no previous experience, full-time, you get a lot of vacation hours/PTO, you can sometimes leave early while still getting paid on some holidays.
Cons
Organization can be somewhat spotty, getting fixes from Tech Support can sometimes take a while to get back to you for issues, and work can be extremely stressful once you get under-staffed.
