Pros
Small company that delivers HUGE ROI value for their clients. You have the freedom to be yourself, flex your voice, and avoid a lot of the larger firm political ecosystems. The company is a refreshing change of pace which I personally enjoy. I can certainly understand why the tenure here is impressive. I enjoy all of our employees and some of my best conversations come from walking the floor and/or chatting in our break room.
Cons
We wear many hats given our size. This requires flexibility, accountability, and a true agile mindset. This isn’t for everybody which is perfectly fine. Smaller firms have drawbacks and they have positives. ProVest does a good job balancing both.
