Pros

When I first looked into ProVest, the first place I went to was Glassdoor. I read many reviews (both good and bad) about the company. I decided to not judge my decision purely on the reviews and I can gladly say that I'm happy I did. The experience, knowledge, and support I have been given while working here is something I will forever be thankful for. The company is flexible with schedule and understand that emergencies happen. They ensure a good work life balance and a fun/friendly environment. There are also great advancement opportunities, for example: I was originally hired for Data Entry and then later on an opportunity opened as a Private Investigator in the Skip Trace department which I took and was successfully able to advance in my career. In the past I had done many research on multiple companies in Tampa, FL and it seems that ProVest salary is a bit above the norm. Their benefits include vacation, PTO, medical, dental, 401K with a % match and vision care. Like most companies, their benefits take into affect after the 90 day mark. Not all companies provide as much benefits as ProVest. I think my favorite thing about this company is the environment. My manager is not only someone who has taught me so much but she's also someone who I look up to and respect. Be your own judge. Don't let an opportunity slip by just because you judged too quickly on what others say.

Cons

Everyone is human. Upper management is comprised of nothing but humans. So, of course there will be the occasional mess ups but I believe that they are working towards learning from their mistakes. Honestly I don't see many cons other than the normal cons that you would see in any other company such as occasional favoritism towards people.
