This is such a great company to work for! I have never worked with a company who is so transparent and including with all their employees. They treat everyone as an equal and it's awesome! They definitely know how to take care of their employees and keep them happy. The best thing about them is that they encourage you to learn and grow. They manage with a laissez faire approach and are very good at avoiding micromanaging. As a matter of fact, they encourage you to figure it out before reaching out for help. I recommend this job to anyone looking to improve themselves as well as their Customer Experience skills. You will not regret it!
