Pros
- Remote-friendly - Coworkers are great - Company genuinely cares about offering high-quality training and compliance, and about its customers and their careers/experience
Cons
- Pay is woefully under market rate and leadership is resistant at best and openly hostile at worst to discussing raises/adequate compensation - Little to no advancement/leadership opportunities, particularly for women - Company is not nearly as diverse as it should be - Leadership is very religious, occasionally creating uncomfortable environment for employees (like praying before meetings)
