*Dark Truth of Protechmanize* When you first join the company, they don’t share the complete truth during the induction, especially regarding company policies. For example, one of my friends was not informed about certain deductions, yet HR later deducted the amount directly from his salary. They usually offer a package of 2.4 or 3 LPA. However, they initially cut around ₹60,000, claiming it will be given at the end of the year as a “bonus.” But after completing one year, they often deny it, saying the employee did not perform well, and instead give only ₹10,000–₹12,000. So, even though your salary package looks like 3 LPA, in reality you receive only about 2.4 LPA monthly — and even that gets reduced further with deductions under vague reasons like “hospitality.” When it comes to appraisals, there is barely any difference between a fresher’s salary and that of someone with two years of experience. Lastly, the level of mismanagement is extremely high. I’m honestly thankful that I left this company 5 months ago. Please be careful before joining such organizations.
