      Pros

      The people are the reason you work here. Couldn't say a bad word about them. Everyone works hard and tries to do a good job.

      Cons

      Very stressful. Working on multiple projects at same time, performing multiple roles from solution architecture to team lead to implementation to testing. Managers also act as senior consultants and are worked quite hard.
