Pros

SUPERRRRR Flexible Schedule. I worked remote and you could literally work whenever as long as you hit at least 32 hours a week. Additional H&W pay increased hourly wage almost $5/hour

Cons

Contract was always ended abruptly then would spend a week plus without pay waiting to see if the contract would extend.
