None. I have to put 5 words.

Honestly, the reviews are despicable. There shouldn't be one person approving the CEO or for that matter the VP. This company uses people and demands everything from them. Holds employees accountable for everything and takes responsibility for nothing. Keep in mind, this type of company survives on contracts, therefore they don't last. That's fine and understood by everyone. The issues are 1. Don't lie and say the contract is 3-5 yrs when you only have an emergency contract at the discretion of the state. 2. Hold employees responsible IF YOU ACTUALLY PROVIDE SUPERIOR TRAINING. (Or how about any training for that matter). 3. How about time and a half for overtime work. WTF is straight pay? Oh illegal. 5 days PTO? REALLY? It snowed 8in today, the people that make it on time get pizza, everyone else gets nothing. Lmao. Crazy management. Shoddy company. I hope you never get another government contract. You deserve to dissolve.

Pros

Many talented and compassionate staff who genuinely care about the work. Some teams still try to support one another despite organizational challenges. Benefits and time off are competitive.

Cons

Significant leadership changes have resulted in confusion, low trust, and inconsistent communication. Micromanagement has become common, and feedback is often delivered harshly rather than constructively. Employees are not empowered to do their jobs and often feel scrutinized rather than supported.
