Pros

Here is what I love about working at ProShop! - The flexibility of working from home - The dynamic and engaging projects, which are not only interesting but also fun and challenging. - Every day brings something new, which keeps me motivated and excited to come to work. - I've never had such an incredible, supportive, and caring manager, as well as an outstanding leadership team, which makes a huge difference in my work experience. - The comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, HSA/LSA, GRSP, ProShop Awards, etc - The collaborative and inclusive environment - Being part of a growing company is inspiring, and I enjoy contributing to its success. - I feel like I'm constantly learning and developing my skills, especially under my manager, who encourages my growth

Cons

ProShop is in a growth phase, so not every process is perfectly established yet. It is an exciting environment, though and a great opportunity to help shape those processes!

Pros

Great people who truly want to help manufacturers improve and grow their businesses. A continuously evolving product that while quirky at times, is one of the best ERPs available on the market with so much more potential in the future.

Cons

New management lacks critical knowledge and understanding of their own business processes, their product, and the industry it serves. Goals are too ambitious, and the company often over promises results while under delivering to both employees and customers. Plans to achieve goals are vague and poorly coordinated. Processes often miss key checks and balances resulting in unclear responsibilities and accountability.
