Pros

Overall, PS has a positive, upbeat environment with friendly, optimistic people. The pay is good and the dental & vision benefits are great. From the CEO to the seasonal agent, these people project the enthusiasm consistent with the ProService culture and core values. Improvement is rewarded; most goals (example: AHT, QM) are attainable and specific.

Cons

The medical insurance has a very high yearly deductible; for example, I am still paying for the non-covered portion of a 2015 medical bill. There are pockets of people who are "clique-y" as well as a small portion of full-time and seasonal employees who cannot seem to embrace the optimistic culture. These groups tend to gossip and exclude "outsiders" (new employees and people from other departments, for example)

Pros

Temporary jobs during Christmas if you don't want a full time gig. Recent CEO made positive changes that improved atmosphere and accountability for management. Pay is finally becoming reflective of the efforts being put forth by employees.

Cons

Favoritism abounds. Some agents support contracts that require much more work and responsibility without being compensated equally for the work in comparison to what other contracts within the ProService Lines of Business. Pay and workload is not consistent across the board for agents, depending on which business contract they support within ProService. It's frustrating to do twice the work than other agents in a different contract and get paid much less. Lots of turnover with CEOs trying to find the best fit. Last guy was a big improvement, though.
