Absolutely none. You’re better off working at McDonald’s

Cons

Literally everything. If you value your sanity, look elsewhere. Management is so unprofessional you won’t believe it.

Pros

Rewarding work in the community

Cons

Work life balance. Demand from upper and lower management not sustainable. Constant moving of goal posts on amount of job tasks for employees. Unsafe working conditions not addressed.

Pros

Such an amazing place to work. We are able to make a meaningful difference in our patients lives. We care for many complex patients as well as oxygen patients. Great team to work with and supportive management always doing the right thing for the patient
