Pros
The recruiters at ProREA Staffing really understand the real estate industry. They are well connected and they have job listings all over the country. They have a unique screening process that includes a behavioral analysis called the DISC and they conduct their interviews via video conference. They record their interviews and pass the video onto their client so that the client can preview candidates before bringing them into their office.
Cons
They only recruit on their open job orders so if they don't have an open job in your city, they can't help you. You must have access to either a computer with a webcam or an ipad or smart phone in order to do the video interview.
