Pros
None as such. You might tend to adapt to the team you are working in gradually but there is no other thing which is positive about this company. Location wise it is at the best place in the city.
Cons
I have a list to say about this, but I would like to dedicate all my points to one major problem in this company i.e., ACQUISITION. As a company which has reputation in other nations, it has to check companies it is acquiring and how is the management there. Conduct one on ones with the employees and come to a conclusion on how this could affect the talent acquisition and attrition. I don't see a growth for this company at least in my country as the management is not even thinking of changing the grass-root level leadership instead it is supporting them. The people who are dedicated to the company from a longer time are given the chance of the leadership. However, the quality of leading a team is not known to them at all as these people doesn't know how things work outside in other MNCs. They are Ruthless Pointless Shameless Useless and What not.
