Management is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! No room for advancement. PROPETRO is under investigation, shady company from the top down. Always laying off. If you could stay away from this company, run for your life. At ProPetro you are not an employee, your a number that is used and abused, and then they get rid of you. WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR!!!!!
