This makes working in the IT department, exciting and fulfilling. Being paid hourly means you are paid for time you put in, unlike, having to work several hours above the average without getting anything in return.
Cons
Because of the nature of warehousing and Logistics staffing, someone in IT would need to provide support and training to new-hires more often
