In addition, they promote a great work life balance, flex time, as well as lots of paid time off. Many positions to choose from so it’s easy to move from assignment to assignment.
Cons
I have nothing negative to say based on my experience I have never felt pushed or compelled to take a position on a contract just for the sake of billability. This consideration means a lot, and opens the door for better cooperation and mutual respect.
