Pros

This company has a multitude of perks, and is driven by a "work-hard/play-hard" mentality. Some Pros include extreme flexibility, and the ability to work from home when required by your personal life, several holidays (including your birthday), and unlimited potential for growth- if you seek it! There have been ProMotion employees that have been with the company for 25 years, and others that have been with the company for 25 days simply because they just couldn't handle the autonomy that ProMotion requires to succeed. There is an extreme family atmosphere, even in the smaller satellite offices. Overall, a great place to grow your professional skills and learn a ton if you are a true self-starter. (Summer Fridays don't hurt either!)

Cons

As a technology company, there is truly a culture for change and adaptability. Processes are constantly evolving, and internal technology & software is updated to match the process changes. It can be frustrating at times learning a new internal system, but the overall results are positive.

Pros

I have never worked for a company that cares as much for their employees. There is always something fun happening at PTG and my co workers all get along with one another. The workload can get out of control at times but the management team try to provide support when it happens.

Cons

While its been getting better, sales can dump last minute jobs in our laps and we are left to scramble and rush to make things work. We are held accountable regardless of the rush.
