Business outlook

Pros

A supportive and welcoming culture which made joining the business easy. I did a lot of research into the business before I joined and it has not disappointed. Everyone is helpful and keen to share their experience to help others. We get weekly and monthly rewards and monthly awards, nominated by colleagues. I have never known a business to be so considerate and genuinely want the best for us. We have other monthly treats like breakfast.

Cons

There have been people that have left which have caused problems to others when they were there. People should move on and stop the negativity. It is unnecessary bitterness. People move on from jobs all the time. ProMedical is no different but seem to get unnecessarily punished. Poor performers and trouble makers.
