Pros
An amazing workplace. I have been here a year and have been promoted twice thus far so skill and talent are not overlooked. I have worked at plenty of managed service providers before so I'm well aware of the downsides normally inherent in the business, I am happy to report they are not present at Promedical IT. For instance, there is excellent work/life balance, I am pursuing a full-time degree while also working full time and management has been 100 percent supportive. At other MSPs it simply would not be possible due to the requirement to burn the candle at both ends. Many other places I have worked have had informational silos and it makes getting the info you need to do your job difficult there is a marked push from management to have the info and documentation available at your fingertips which makes doing amazingly great IT that much easier. The team is made up of A players who consistently go out of their way to assist other team members. Problems and issues are tackled as a team. You never feel like you have been thrown to the wolves.
Cons
Not a con but do expect to pull your weight and continue to learn new technologies in order to remain competitive and relevant.
