Pros

This company gets cool projects with Fortune 500 companies and then have students work on the team to complete the work. It's great experience, chill people, and incredible career coaching and networking opportunities.

Cons

The work is serious and demanding. The team handles real, high impact projects, so some people leave. The time commitment is significant. If you cannot manage your responsibilities, it will not work, and they are strict about that.

Pros

- Practical Interview questions. - More focused on past projects. - Didn't ask any LeetCode questions.

Cons

- The management is chaotic. - Cleared my interview in December 2024. They gave me an offer letter and promised to start work in May 2025. I had my work authorisation and everything approved by my University for the internship. I was supposed to work on a project with Revlon as our client. The delays kept happening and they kept postponing the start date. I kept calling them, emailing them but they wouldn't explain the situation clearly. By the start of August, when my CPT authorisation for the summer was almost over, I had to cancel my authorization, and I was not given any decision from the company's side whether they wanna keep me or not. They stopped answering my emails at the end. - Their pay structure was also sketchy. They would tier it in a way that pays you most of the amount at the very end of the internship. For the initial months, you get paid very little. They reason they gave that people leave in the middle of the internship which I understand but they had a clause of holding the payment off or firing if they didn't like the work which could be a tactics to save money by making us work for little money and firing us before the project ends. IMO it looked like My contract was for 6.5 months.
