      They only recognize you if you are a beautiful female You are paid well only if you are a foreigner Local employees get benefits but thats just it

      Cons

      They never appraise you properly They say it but half the time dont mean it SMT dont have back bone They never listen to you

      Pros

      Good rates of pay in the HQ office.

      Cons

      It's a sales job. Cold calling and longer hours expected than actually contracted. Limited leave, you have to be in the office on the first working day of the new year. As an expat that means you can not get a good break over Christmas in your home country.
