      Cons

      - Rigid travel requirements - Integration of various apps in progress - Growing pains - Growing documentation - Tons of photos needed to accomplish tasks. (Though for good reason!)

      There is little micromanagement and you're allowed to do your work at your own pace.

      With the amount of techs in the company, it can be hard for upwards mobility.
