      Good unmanaged entry level job to get your foot in the career feild.

      Cons

      Horrendous communication. Low pay for the amount/type of work done. Treat you as employee with constant threats to "terminate" you from the team but also want to say your a contracter so they dont have to pay for benefits or taxes.

      There is little micromanagement and you're allowed to do your work at your own pace.

      Cons

      With the amount of techs in the company, it can be hard for upwards mobility.
