Pros
Pros: • Innovative product with real market potential • Smart, hardworking individual contributors • Fast-paced startup environment
Cons
In my experience, the company struggled with any kind of training and professional development. There was no formal onboarding, and career pathing felt unclear. If you weren’t part of the inner circle, advancement opportunities seemed nonexistent . Leadership culture leaned heavily toward informal relationships, which at times made decision-making feel less merit-based and more personality-driven. As a result, some employees — particularly those seeking mentorship, structured growth, or inclusive leadership — may find the environment challenging. There also appeared to be limited support systems for diverse leadership styles and perspectives. Employees who didn’t align with the dominant culture sometimes felt overlooked or undervalued. All to say, if you’re not a man you’re not going to make it out alive here.
