-Management style is heavy handed and not collaborative -This company is known for churning and burning employees, most of the current employees looking to get out -Owner not involves with how employees treated -Company culture lacks integrity -I spend an hour doing a couple of daily reports a day, different formats so it’s lengthy. -Owner claims he doesn’t like reports, doesn’t look at them -Company hires you for expertise but then doesn’t trust you to do your job -Micro-managed to the endth degree -Everyone is over loaded, stressed and snappy
