Pros

I can't speak for other areas, but here in OH/PA/WV Profrac is a good place to work. They have competitive pay that is based off prior experience, but unfortunately not everyone is honest when they write their own resume, and because of that they may offer a lower pay than you would expect, until you show what you can do. Once I showed what I could do, and that I was dependable, my pay was adjusted to match my experience. They have all the normal Health benefits you would expect, a matching 401k, but above all they actually look out for their employee's. A lot of people want to come to a new frac company because they think they can take advantage, they want to see what they can take without any effort on their part to give back, but that doesn't work to well in this area because we look out for our company that looks out for us. We give an honest days work for an honest days pay. If you are looking for a company where you can do as little as possible and try to BS your way into a lot of money for nothing, this isn't the place for you, but if you are looking for a company that rewards hard work and knowledge, and are willing to give 100% to get 100%, then this place is where it's at. With Profrac you get out of it what you put into it.

Cons

We don't get per diem yet like all the other frac companies, but that could be coming especially if we keep growing like we are.

Pros

Easy to get into with no work experience in this field

Cons

You are nothing more than an employee number at this company. If you are looking for a company that is transparent in the decisions that they make and make you feel like you are a part of a team and provide you with the necessary parts to do your job successfully then you shouldn’t be looking at profrac as a prospective employer. Company is on the verge of bankruptcy
