Pros
If you enjoy being at the cutting edge of medical advances, and appreciate the opportunity to work with multidisciplinary teams to communicate about these, ProEd is definitely the place for you. The office environment encourages creativity and out of the box thinking, and the remote/flex working opportunities are great. And at those time when it's all hands on deck to meet a deadline, the camaraderie and support of the entire group is a definite plus.
Cons
Flying in and out of Cleveland can sometimes be "fun" - like it or not, you cannot avoid United too much.... More seriously though, some portions of the year can become regular workload avalanches, with limited options to relieve the pressure because the confidential nature of the work gets in the way of rapidly engaging temporary help.
