      Pros

      Good coworkers, excellent environment of play/work mix. Steady but rapid pace keeps you busy. There's a lot of dining in the area if you need it. New equipment at site, so there's no issues with outdated hardware/software.

      Cons

      Pay is lousy and long hours are expected. Site is north seattle, so it's a commute if you don't live in that area.

      Pros

      Co-workers are respectful and caring, the mission of providing curative therapy to cancer patients is inspiring.

      Cons

      Mid-level to upper management doesn't seem to care much, never on-site. Care of the facility is dwindling. Pay is a little lower than typical. Minimal upward career mobility.
