      My experience with Procleared has been extremely positive. My interactions with the recruiter were both informative and professional. Despite the recognition the clearance "cross/over" process would be a particular challenge, given my former employer was non-DOD, the company offered me a job. Demonstrating a high degree of patience, teamwork, and flexibility. I was readily welcomed into the Procleared "family;" meeting most of the staff within the first few weeks. Procleared is genuinely interested in ensuring both their employees and clients succeed. Excellent benefits. Dog friendly work environment.

      Pros

      They have some great staff members that support the company, they know NGA well, and they don't take a lot risk.

      Cons

      They have some great staff members that support the company but due to the micromanagement and lack of resources, there is high turn-over. With the high turn-over a lot gets missed. The three owners aren't always on the same page and have completely different management styles which, can make it tough for employees trying to get their job done. As a company that has been in business this long, it was surprising to see a lack of process and procedure within operations.
