Pros

Exposure to high level of organization. Forms good decision making skills in high pressure situations. Provides opportunity to interact with professional athletes, their teams and their circles. Has involvement from many facets (sales, operations, marketing, local and national sponsors, media, etc.)

Cons

The only negative thing that people may see from this company is that it's nonstop from April to August with camps. The days probably average around 14 hours during that time but the experience supersedes fatigue. Also, most sports related jobs have long strenuous hours. I don't think it's a con but it could be seen as such.
