Pros

It's a stable company with decent benefits.

Cons

Too many cliques; not everyone held responsible for their own work and are NEVER corrected to do so; poor training practices; often times no training; entirely too many meetings of little importance; having to clock in (this is not a factory) and most of all NO COMMUNICATION. Nothing is EVER done to solve problems though management continues to ask for feedback. It has become a joke when asked for ideas/feedback, etc. You know it won't go any further. Limited career advancement unless you want to bounce from dept. to dept. and you still aren't guaranteed anything more.

Pros

They have decent pay, if you're willing to fight for it and good PTO.

Cons

It's a fight to get good pay if you're a long-time employee. It's easier as a new hire to start off with good pay than it is for existing employees to be compensated for their value & worth to the company. Too many layers of management and unsupportive to the lower level employees. Too many required meetings that could have been an email. With many employees working remote we have several touch base meetings each week/month. I believe this is just so we can get together. But many of these meetings really don't need to happen and could easily just be an email or wrapped up in 15-20 minutes, instead of filled with inconsequential items just to fill the hour. This is especially frustrating when meetings are scheduled during the lunchtime portion of the day.
