Very bureaucratic promotional process - Press Operator ProAmpac Employee Review

If you are qualified/over qualified they will not allow you to be promoted. When you apply to said job they will pretend they didn't see it. After I left a large lady who new the right people was place in the role they ignored me for. She had failed badly as an operator so she was promoted to QA??? Then later promoted to a higher specialist position (the role I was ignored for). Meanwhile all the education and experience requirements were totally pushed to the side for her.
