      Pros

      Great place to get started learning on many machines that make plastic bags and printing presses that complete said bags look.

      Cons

      They are not faithful with giving employees C.O.L.A when time comes as I have been promised over and over. It seems they are also cutting positions for wage raises as inflation ramps up. Best to look at other places if you want a future.

      Decent benefits, decent pay also.

      Cons

      2 10 minute breaks and a 20 minute lunch, the rest of the day is non stop work for 11 hours of tedious, stressful work. Management pushes numbers and sets you up to fail.
