Good pay. Exponential growth in the company, opportunity for advancement is unlimited if you want it and are willing to put in the work. At a stage where you can actually be a part of building something great and nobody is just a number.
Cons
Fast paced environment. Not for someone who's looking for a blowoff job, but if you want to make an impact this is the place to go.
