If there's any consolation working here it's the friendship you can build, that's if you are able to last at least a year in the company.
Cons
The management has some kind of satisfaction when the employees feel fear from them. They terrorize the employees to get the results they want with a timeline that is very unreasonable. They fire people without notice and would sometimes demand to work over the weekend.
