Pros
The work is cool enough, but I really appreciate the fact that Gateway is committed to their social and environmental initiatives. For me, it makes my job so much more enjoyable when I know I'm making a positive impact, even if it is indirect. Everybody's really nice, including the managers.
Cons
We innovate a lot, so there's often new stuff to pick up on.
