Owners are very approachable and willing very flexible with employees and contractors. Owners are very generous and send the clear message that they pay for performance; performance to them is not just productivity, but customer satisfaction and teamwork. The owners really promote eduction and are very supportive in all ways to continue your education and knowledge base.
Cons
if you are on a salary or in a leadership role, you can be expected to answer your phone 7 days a week if there are any questions, unless specifically requested time off and gave a clear "do not disturb unless emergency.'" But overall, an all around amazing place to work, grow and learn.
