They say they care about you and your family but they don't. They claim to want to help you and then back peddle when it is convenient for them. Terrible communication on any updates that are happening and if you ask about an update they say we don't know or talk to so and so and then pass the buck along to the next person and have them tell you the same thing. They do not promote unless you are at their main offices.
