Employees are underpaid and unheard, poor communication from leadership regarding policies and expectations, supervisors left to fend for themselves due to little to no support or from senior management - all lead to a defeated and stressed workforce where customer service suffers greatly. This company has no HR or personnel to communicate between all departments. Poor leadership regarding Covid-19. Many missed opportunities and dropped balls because this company is too focused on dodging daily bullets while struggling to survive.
