One of the biggest highlights was how easy it is to communicate across all levels, instructions were always clear, and colleagues were consistently available to offer guidance when needed.

Because it was a fast-paced event, there were moments when things got very busy with many customers at once. However, the management was always on hand to provide guidance, so I never felt overwhelmed.
