Pay was good, atmosphere was laid back

New office, not organized, needed better management

Good Pay, Owners were very nice, peers were helpful and friends not just co-workers. No weekends.

Management is unprofessional, uneducated, and unwilling to work. You are expected to do your work and theirs. You are unable to make any decisions without management approval. Management would make changes to prolong your claims and then customers would blame you on delays. Management treated everyone poorly and upper management did not stop it/believe anyone.
