Poor - Anonymous employee Pro Clean Employee Review

Company is Pro Clean Janitorial. Workers are very detail oriented with long term customers.

No cons for this company.

I do not recommend any one to work for this company. First, they will tell you the job is 4hrs and after you go through the long application process and start they area manager will tell you the job is only for 3hrs and the office must have made a mistake. If you go over the 3hrs you will have your area manager on your back! Also, the book says you will get a raise after 1 year of working with them and a 1 week paid vacation, Not true! This company hired crapy employees to work for them. They are always losing employees. I had to work in a building that's for 3 people by myself several times because of my co-workers doing a no-show or last minute call out. You will work a lot of hours if your co-workers don't show but remember you will be doing the work of at least 3 people. If the company is losing a contract they do not let the employees know because they do not want to be left without any employees to continue finishing the cleaning so they will let you know after your done cleaning on the last day of the contract that you are without a job. My area manager was hhorrible, he would not solve any problems or fire anyone who needed to be fired he would let the "team leader" handle that.
