Company doesn’t care or support employees welfare and progression. Management team are old boys club, playing at management roles. Sexism and ageism is rife Move to tilbury was massive downgrade- lack of car parking, lack of facilities, teams locked away from each other. Team are young, inexperienced and downright rude. Interaction between teams is not encouraged.

As all of the other reviews- snack fridge

Most of the management, both middle and SLT are incredibly incompetent. You have a head of operations who is more suited as a security guard at B&Q, Director of Ops runs it from abroad and that’s just one department. HR department is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced but then it’s run by un qualified individuals, people promoted in the business just because they are a relative of someone on the board. Unfortunately the company runs with a “take everyday as it comes attitude” if your not in the boys club, don’t ever think you are safe
