      Pros

      It is a company where you will have an impact. Good work is noticed by upper management and rewarded. The company is not too big or too small. You get to work on a variety of projects. You also get to know all of your fellow co-workers. The people are some of the best and being employee-owned makes it feel more like a community.

      Cons

      As an independent office, you don't have some of the corporate structure of the bigger firms. But at the same time, everyone I've worked with is always willing to help out.

      Pros

      I've been here for 10 years in various roles starting in the field. If you perform, you are greatly rewarded with raises and advancement opportunities. This is a great place for people who are looking for careers, not just a job. If you want a place that promotes from within and rewards performance this is the place to be. Pritchett is an industry leader and I'm glad I came here over any other competitor.

      Cons

      I live about an hour away and traffic in the DC area is awful.
