I honestly cannot think of any cons.

It is a company where you will have an impact. Good work is noticed by upper management and rewarded. The company is not too big or too small. You get to work on a variety of projects. You also get to know all of your fellow co-workers. The people are some of the best and being employee-owned makes it feel more like a community.

As an independent office, you don't have some of the corporate structure of the bigger firms. But at the same time, everyone I've worked with is always willing to help out.
