remote, flexible, respectful, good people to spend time with and even learn from, work with cutting edge tech, challenging and diverse, offsite twice a year, still feels like a startup despite the years of activity, sense of ownership. dev tools with a big audience. open-source core product.

pressure to deliver despite issues - feeling like we're not being heard sometimes. slight lack of focus / product market fit despite long years of activity. too slow to react to competition.
