      Pros

      Modern office with nice bistro for staff. Good social and team networking events. Paid travel when visiting clients.

      Cons

      Lack of investment in staff development. Annual reviews feel more like a paper exercise. Senior management need to deliver on promises made as this encourages poor staff morale. Long hours especially when travelling to remote sites which is never compensated for.
