Pros

Women-driven, well-established organization A dedicated team that is genuinely supportive and committed to seeing you succeed No gatekeepers; management practices a true open-door policy The team is approachable at all levels, from leadership to peers Management has experience starting from the ground up, giving them a deep understanding of daily challenges Problems are addressed with solutions, not just obstacles

Cons

There aren’t any significant drawbacks, though it’s important to recognize that the staffing industry is highly competitive. As a result, the workload can be heavier compared to other sectors, which requires focus and dedication

Pros

There are no pros about working here.

Cons

Expect you to work 10 hours a day if you’re earning a salary, but don’t want you to do overtime if you’re hourly. Encourage you to skip lunch. Micro managing constantly. No one in management knows what they’re doing. Owner screams at people and degrades managers. Other owner talks about her previous job as an exotic dancer at corporate meetings High school gossip type of dynamic Want you to prospect at least 20 new companies a day all while harassing you via email asking how your day in sales is going and expecting updates at any given moment. Unrealistic deadlines. Back stabbing employees None of the recruiters know what they’re doing. Recruiters in the office constantly laughing and gossiping all day long while temps who are applying are in the office. Very unprofessional. Recruiters can’t follow simple instructions and directions from sales people or managers. I doubt anyone at the company has a degree Very uneducated employees. Low class company. Onsite recruiters have had nervous break downs at corporate meetings and quit because of mental health. They don’t care about your mental health. You only succeed if you’re out of shape or old. Company is jealous of good looking people.
